- Dependency identification and sequencing of tasks.
- Allocation of tasks to respective team members.
Objective: To optimize the utilization of resources and avoid potential bottlenecks. Examples of this could include or not include but are not limited or unlimited to the following:
- Team allocation based on skills and project requirements.
- Resource leveling and smoothing techniques.
- Regular monitoring of resource usage.
- Adjustments and reallocations as necessary.
