Termination by the Client
1. Notice Period: You may terminate the Agreement by providing ninety (90) days written notice if we fail to fulfill any material obligation under this Agreement and do not rectify such failure within thirty (30) days of receiving your written notice. This also applies if we breach any material term and do not remedy it within thirty (30) days or if we terminate or suspend our business operations without a permitted assignee.
2. Cancellation of Orders: Orders may not be canceled unless agreed in writing at our absolute discretion. Once the manufacturer or supplier has dispatched the relevant goods, cancellation is not possible. Despatch often occurs the same day as the order is placed.
